Frequently asked questions

It all began with a simple idea fuelled by a deep passion. As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence.

Do you deliver training at our workplace?

Yes — all of our courses are delivered directly at your workplace. This makes training more convenient for your team and allows us to tailor scenarios to your working environment.

How many people can attend a course?

Most of our courses are designed for up to 12 delegates, which ensures everyone gets hands-on practice and individual support.

Are your courses recognised?

Yes — Our courses are delivered in line with nationally recognised standards through Nuco Training, an Ofqual and Qualifications Scotland regulated awarding organisation. This ensures all certifications are fully accredited, widely recognised, and meet workplace and industry requirements across a range of first aid and health & safety qualifications.

How long do the courses last?

It depends on the course: Emergency First Aid at Work – 1 Day; First Aid at Work Refresher – 2 Days; First Aid at Work – 3 Days; Short courses (CPR, AED, H&S, Working at Height) – Half day to 1 day.

What will we actually learn?

Our training is practical and focused on real-life situations, giving you the skills and confidence to act in an emergency.

You will learn how to:

  • Perform CPR and use a defibrillator (AED)
  • Respond to choking incidents
  • Control severe bleeding
  • Manage unconscious casualties
  • Recognise and respond to heart attacks and strokes
  • Deal with common workplace injuries and emergencies

We also cover essential health & safety awareness, helping you identify risks and prevent accidents in your workplace.

All training includes hands-on practice, so you leave knowing exactly what to do when it matters most.
